Supreme Court to Consider VA Health Care Suit Fast-Track Petition D.J. Spiker | March 25, 2011 | Comments (1) The Supreme Court has revealed that they will consider and discuss Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s petition to fast-track the ongoing health care suit. AG Cuccinelli has petitioned the Supreme Court on the basis that delay in hearing the suit would add to the difficulties in the implementation for the states. The Department of Justice has unsurprisingly objected to an expedited review process. The Supreme Court is to hear discuss the fast-track on April 15th; currently the decision is to be heard by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals on May 4th. Though the Supreme Court has agreed to discuss to the case, there is no timetable on the decision.
Dear friends, As most of you know, I am involved with helping our veterans from all walks of life. With the current state of the economy, it is becoming even more important to raise money to help those who faithfully severed our county and now need our support. Your donation will help those less fortunate veterans who need our help. Whether food, shelter, transportation, clothing or one on one counseling, there are veterans who simply cannot afford the basic essentials of life. It is a great cause and I am proud to be a part of it. This year, I am once again asking for monetary donations to help our veterans. My goal is to raise $500.00 to help these veterans who are in need. Will you please consider a monetary donation for our veterans? You can send your donation through paypal to our email address: veteransday7@gmail.com
